We audit contractors, before or after tender awarding. A comprehensive check if they comply with the minimum of what is expected.

We check HSE systems, incident investigation system, and vessel management systems.

These pre-start inspections can be tailored to your specific project needs, or we can use our in-house developed inspection templates. 

Contractor onboarding, 

Clear communication towards the contractor and sufficient information prevents a mismatch in expectations. Good informed contractors deliver their scope better.

Vessel Inspections

Vessel inspections are planned some time before the start on the project, with an initial check, and a final check on the day the vessel starts.

Optional is a video walkthrough from the initial inspection, creating clear video evidence of the inspection and voiding future discussions.

We document and report, as well as manage the close-out of open points. 

All audits are stored in our database, we keep track of the validity and plan a follow-up inspection on time.
